Mayor Bloomberg's girlfriend's fur coat stolen from dry cleaner
Wasn't there a Seinfeld episode about this?
Usually, I'd just put something like this over in the Blotter, but there's a great quote I wanted to highlight. Says the owner of the dry cleaning shop:
I didn't think it was a big deal at first, but when I told the cops that one of the furs was Mayor Bloomberg's, all of a sudden there were 100 fucking cops here.
The thief, who broke in in the middle of the night, got away with a couple of other coats, a computer, and some cash.
