95-yr-old woman killed smoking in bed
"Smoking in bed led to the death of a 95-year old woman Wednesday morning after she fell asleep while smoking a cigarette, fire officials said."

"'She smoked morning, noon and night. You could always smell it,' said Deborah Becker, who moved into the building about two and a half years ago. 'But what can you do? I knew this would happen.'"
May I remind members of the jury that this woman was 95! Morning, noon and night and she lived to the ripe old age of 95. Frankly, she probably died doing what she loved. Smoking.
