Wrongful Death Suit
City sued for ticket heart attack
"The family of a Brooklyn man who suffered a fatal heart attack while getting a parking ticket last weekend filed a notice of claim Wednesday on a wrongful death suit against the city, alleging that the traffic agents failed to call 911, according to legal documents."
Attorney Sanford Rubenstein is handling the case. Since getting rid of cable television, I've been watching a lot of local news. This guy is one every single night, outraged about one thing or another. I'm not calling him an ambulance chaser, but he's close. He always seems to end up at the scene.
