Man Killed on Scaffold
Shot dead outside neighbor's apt
"A Brooklyn man was shot dead on a scaffold outside his neighbor's apartment yesterday after the tenant saw him through a window and thought he was breaking in, cops said."
They're charging the shooter with second-degree murder and criminal possession of a weapon, but I can see the murder charge being dropped. You don't expect to see someone climbing around outside your window at 1am.
