"One of the NYPD's most wanted, accused killer Robin Valentin, was captured in Belgium after a two-year hunt, police said yesterday."
From the NYPD Most Wanted Page on this guy:
"On April 22, 2001, Robin Valentin stabbed Jose A. Gutierrez once in the neck causing his demise. At the time of his death Mr. Gutierrez was driving a livery cab and was being chased by Valentin who was driving a motorcycle. Mr. Gutierrez who was a student at John Jay College was also a NYPD Auxiallary Police Officer assigned to the 44th Precinct."
