"A water main break in Washington Heights caused heavy flooding in parts of the upper Manhattan neighborhood and forced authorities to close the lower level of the George Washington Bridge just hours before the start of the Yankees-Red Sox championship game at Yankee stadium."
This whole story is about the pain in the ass this creating for baseball fans. Nevermind the people, that uh, actually live there.
