Man Stabbed in Times Square
"A man was badly slashed in Times Square late last night, police said."
And just as I finished reading that book about the transformation of 42nd street.
"Witnesses told police the victim was involved in an argument with the man who attacked him. The victim was unable to describe his assailant to cops, a source said."
Unable or unwilling? I imagine there are times where some people would rather not point out their attackers to the police.
