Con Ed Worker Killed On Way To Work
"Before 7:00 a.m. Monday morning, Vincent Gargiulo, 34, was shot once in the face in front of a phone booth at 30th Street and Broadway. He was presumably on his way to work at a Con Ed work site that is the future home of a Con Ed substation."
I don't think it's related, but residents are mighty upset about the building of this substation. Lots of protest signs in the windows of this neighborhood.
