I don't know what to say about this. This is probably the strangest thing I've heard of in a while. The whole thing. Someone legally carrying a gun, someone illegally carrying a gun, people getting waved around metal detectors, hanging out with political rivals, And Bloomberg... he was actually "working" at the time. Wow.
"Bloomberg initially called the shooting 'an attack on democracy.' But he later said it stemmed from Askew's bizarre grudge against Davis - which included a complaint the killer made about the councilman to the FBI yesterday morning."
An attack on democracy? Nice try, Mike.
