Gothamist does a nice job of rounding up the coverage of the latest death on Queens Boulevard.
"Newsday says the Department of Transportation is planning a review of the intersection and accident."
All they have to do is set up a lawn chair, grab some iced tea and a notebook and just sit there for a day or so. That road is scary as hell. It's about 20 lanes wide and I think the speed limit is more a suggestion than anything else. They've been thinking about planning to get ready to think about doing something about QB for ages.
UPDATE: the injured woman died bringing the total number of deaths from this accident to two.
