3 Hurt as Cop Car Crashes, Flips
"A police patrol car flipped over and landed on its roof after colliding with a Cadillac in Brooklyn, injuring two cops and the other driver yesterday."
Not sure, but this may simply be marketing for the new Starsky & Hutch film, featuring Ben Stiller as Starsky, Owen Wilson as Hutch and Snoop Dogg as the loveable Huggy Bear, not to be confused with Snuggle Bear.
